Phentermine 37.5 The Phentermine 37.5 mg. is one variety of the Phentermine prescription weight loss drug and is the generic form of Adipex-P. Other varieties of the drug are Phentermine 30 mg. (Blue) which is the generic for Fastin, 30 mg. Phentermine (yellow, is just another variety of Phentermine drug and works just like the blue variety.
