Sittin At A Bar Rehab

Sittin’ At A Bar is a song written and sung by the group Rehab. It is a song about a man talking to the bartender and telling them about his problems. Some of the lyrics to the song are :

Bar tender I really did it this time
Broke my parole to have a good time
When I got home it was 6 a.m.
The door was locked so I kicked it in
She was trippin’ on the bills
I think she was high on some pills
She threw my shit out into the yard
Called me a bum and smacked me real hard
And in my drunkin’ stupor
I did what I should have never done
Now I’m sittin’ here talkin’ to you
Drunk and on the run.

I’m sittin’ at a bar on the inside
Waitin’ for my ride on the outside
She broke mt heart in the trailer park
So I jacked the keys to her f----n’ car
Crashed that piece of shit and then stepped away.

The rest of the lyrics can be found on the internet as well as their other songs. The song Sittin’ At A Bar is on the album Southern Discomfort as well as the other songs Crazy People, Drinkin’ Problem, Hey Fred, It Don’t Matter, Kick My Ass, More Like You, Ms. Jones, Scarecrow, and Thinkin’ Again. They also had guest singers on their album such as Cody Chestnutt, Goodie Mob, and Cee-Lo. The group is based in Atlanta, Georgia and their goal is to make the kind of music that they like to listen to and hope that others will like it too. It seems that when they are making their music it usually turns out better than they expected it too. The song It Don’t matter was a spin off of the album and it sold over 140,000 copies which gave the group the financing it needed for a two year national tour. The band consists of five men by the names of Danny Boone Alexander (vocals & MC), Mike Hartnett (guitar) Foz (guitar),Hano Leathers (bass), and Chris Hood (drums). Their latest album Graffiti the World was designed to give the world a lot of special sounds. Each band member pitched in and helped write the songs and make the music by giving their opinions and experiences. The album was a group effort and seems to have hit the ground running. He also had the help of Billy Hume, and Phil Tan, both of whom worked with other famous musicians in the past.
