Diet Easy Follow Trim Spa
The Trim Spa diet is easy to follow. Trimspa recommends that you do not take no more than six pills a day in conjunction with a low calorie diet and exercise. The pills should be taken before meals and with a full glass of water to prevent possible choking. The throat or esophagus may swell up and choking may occur if there is not enough water to wash the pill down. The average amount of pills taken by most people is four pills a day. The Trimspa diet pill is not suited for everyone so you might want to discuss it with your doctor before you try it. People with certain medical problems and/or are taking certain medications should not take the pills. If you have an allergy to shellfish you should not take it. The Trimspa diet pills contain caffeine so if you are sensitive to caffeine you might not want to take the pills or take less than the regular dose. The pills also contain chromium and if it is taken in high doses it can cause kidney damage. Other possible side effects of the Trimspa pills are migraines, chest pains, pain in the knees, elbows, wrists, and lower abdomen, vomiting, jitters, anxiety, insomnia, heart palpitations, chromium toxicity, increased blood glucose, restlessness, trouble breathing, and trouble swallowing. If you are taking the Trimspa diet pill and experience side effects you should stop taking it and in serious side effects cases, contact medical help.
The Trimspa company has had lawsuits and complaints filed against them for false advertising and making statements about their product that can not be proven. The Federal Trade Commission has fined the company $1.5 million because of the false advertising and not having scientific proof to back up their statements about the diet pills. The Trimspa agreed to pay the fine on January 4, 2007. They claim it was not because they were admitting that they were guilty of anything, they just wanted to stop the investigation against the company which had been going on for about two years. The company has had decreasing sales for the past three years. There are customers who claim the pills did nothing for them. Others say they lost a few pounds while taking Trimspa but gained it all back plus more after they stopped taking the pills. Some customers of Trimspa said they had to stop taking the diet pills because they had side effects from them. There are some people who believe the lawsuits and the death of their spokesperson Anna Nicole Smith may be the beginning of the end for the Trimspa company.
