You want to get the most from the products without the possible side effects. It is recommended that you take one pill before each meal with a full glass of water. If you do not drink enough water, you may have swelling of the throat or esophagus which can cause choking. Just be careful because there are many fake products being passed off as the real Hoodia when in fact the products contain little or no Hoodia.
The Trimspa company has been losing sales gradually for the past three years. There have been lawsuits filed against the company and the Federal Trade Commission fined the company $1.5 million for making false statements about the products and false advertising. The company agreed to pay the fine on January 4, 2007 so the Federal Trade Commission would stop their investigation.
