How To Effectively Use Trimspa

If you are wanting to know how to effectively use Trimspa weight loss pills you can find recommended directions with the order of pills or you can go online to the Trimspa website and get the best recommended directions. You want to get the most from the products without the possible side effects. It is recommended that you take one pill before each meal with a full glass of water. If you do not drink enough water, you may have swelling of the throat or esophagus which can cause choking. Some of the ingredients can cause side effects when taken in large amounts so it is better if you just take one pill before each meal. Some people have reported having side effects right away and had to stop taking the pills. Others say they took them for a few days and had pains in joints , stomach, and lower abdomen and had to stop taking the pills. It was also stated that it took about three days for the pains to subside. Other side effects reported from other Trimspa customers are migraines, nausea, vomiting, swelling of the throat or esophagus which could cause choking if not enough water was taken with the pill. Allergic reaction to shellfish, trouble breathing, trouble swallowing, sensitivity to caffeine, chest pains, insomnia, anxiety, heart palpitations, chromium toxicity, and increased blood glucose. Some can not use the products because of health problems and/or certain medications they may be taking.

The Trimspa weight loss pills contained ephedra until the United States government banned it in this country. Trimspa then added Hoodia Gordonii in their weight loss pills to take the place of the ephedra. Hoodia Gordonii is said to be one of the best weight loss products on the market. It is a natural herb which looks like a cactus and is taken from the Hoodia plants found in the Kalahari Desert in South Africa. The Hoodia Gordonii has been known to work well by itself so if you can not safely use the Trimspa weight loss pill you might want to research the Hoodia Gordonii option. Just be careful because there are many fake products being passed off as the real Hoodia when in fact the products contain little or no Hoodia.

The Trimspa company has been losing sales gradually for the past three years. There have been lawsuits filed against the company and the Federal Trade Commission fined the company $1.5 million for making false statements about the products and false advertising. The company agreed to pay the fine on January 4, 2007 so the Federal Trade Commission would stop their investigation.
