Trim Spa With Ephedra

Trim Spa weight loss pills with ephedra is a thing of the past because the Ephedra has been banned in the United States. There were too many health problems with Ephedra. Trimspa has since added the Hoodia Gordonii herb to their formula to take the place of the Ephedra. Hoodia Gordonii is a natural herb which comes from a cactus-like succulent from the Kalahari Desert in South Africa. The Hoodia plant has been used by the SANS tribesmen in the desert for over 25,000 years. They used it for a food and water supplement while they were on long hunting trips in the desert since food and water were so scarce in the desert. When the stems were eaten or chewed, the people could go for several days without food and water. The people were all thin so the scientists discovered what it was in the Hoodia plant that kept them that way and named it P57. There are many species of Hoodia in the desert but only one or two which have been found to contain the P57 which is necessary to help you lose weight. The P57 fools your brain into thinking you are full so you will not eat as much. The tribesmen also used the Hoodia plant for medicinal purposes but there has not been enough scientific study to prove that the plant has medicinal properties. Those who were in the case studies of the Hoodia Gordonii did report an increase in energy when they took it. Every one in the case studies (performed on both human and rats) showed a loss of weight while they were taking it.

The Trimspa weight loss pill contains other ingredients which they list on the labels of the bottles plus several ingredients they keep a secret. They do not mention how much of each ingredient is in the pills because they are afraid someone will steal their formula. In recent years they have had lawsuits and complaints that the Trimspa weight loss pill does not do what the company claims it will. Many people suffer side effects and can not use it. Some claim that the pills do not help them at all and others say it helps them a little but they gain the weight back after they stop using the pills. Trimspa sales have been dropping for the past three years and some feel that the company may not be around much longer. The Federal Trade Commission fined them $1.5 million because they made statements they could not prove with scientific proof so they were accused of false advertising. Time will tell what is to become of the company.
