Trimspa Diet Plan
The Trimspa diet plan is used by some and for others is seems that it is not working so well for them. The recommended dosage for Trimspa is 4 to 6 pills a day before each meal. It is suggested that you exercise and eat a low calorie diet in conjunction with the Trimspa pill. There are many possible side effects from the use of the Trimspa diet pill. Many people can not take it because of certain existing medical problems or certain medications they are taking. If you are taking any anticoagulants you should not take Trimspa. The reported side effects are insomnia, pain in the chest, elbows, wrists, knees, lower abdomen, migraines, vomiting, trouble breathing, trouble swallowing, chromium toxicity, anxiety, allergic reaction to shellfish, sensitivity to caffeine, jitters, stomach ache, increases blood glucose, restlessness, heart palpitations, and swelling of the throat or esophagus which may cause choking if there is not enough water taken with the pill. There may be other side effects not yet reported. If you are thinking about taking the Trimspa diet pill, do the research on it to make sure it is safe for you to take. If you are already taking it and experience any side effects, it is best to stop using it and if you experience serious effects, you should contact your doctor as soon as possible or seek emergency medical care. Many people can not take the Trimspa pill because of the side effects. It is not known what all of the ingredients are but the company claims they are all natural products. Some people have allergic reactions to shellfish so they should not use this product. You should discuss the use of this diet pill with your doctor before you use it.
There are presently pending lawsuits against the Trimspa company for false advertising. They have also been fined $1.5 million by the Federal Trade Commission because of the false advertising. The company agreed to pay it in order to stop the investigation which has been going on for about two years by the FTC. The company claims that this is not an admission of guilt, they just wanted to stop the investigation. The company lists some of their ingredients on the labels of the bottles of pills but the do not put the amounts of each ingredient in each pill. They also keep a few ingredients a secret. The reason for all of this is because they do not want anyone to steal their formula. There are some who claim to have lost weight with the Trimspa diet pills. Others have claimed the pills did nothing for them.
