Trimspa Research

There has not been enough research done on the Trimspa weight loss pills because it is not known what all of the ingredients are. The company claims that all of the ingredients are all natural so there is no research required by the Federal Drug Administration. The Trimspa pills are causing quite a stir because there are claims and lawsuits against the company which state that the pills do not do what it claims they will. There are charges of false advertising against the company and Anna Nicole Smith. There are a few reviews on the Trimspa website that claim the Trimspa pills helped some lose weight. There are many more reviews which state that the pills did nothing for them or very little. Some people used the pills and lost a few pounds then gained them back plus some after they stopped taking the pills. Others experienced side effects and had to stop taking the diet pills. The side effects that have been reported are migraines, chest pain, knee, elbow, and wrist pain, vomiting, trouble breathing, trouble swallowing, swelling of the throat or esophagus which may cause choking if not enough water is taken with the pill, allergic reaction to shellfish, sensitivity to caffeine, jitters, stomach ache, pain in lower abdomen, chromium toxicity, increased blood glucose, restlessness, insomnia, anxiety, and heart palpitations. There may be other side effects not yet reported. If you are taking the Trimspa pill and experience side effects you should stop taking the pills and if the side effect is serious you should contact your doctor or seek emergency medical help.

The ingredients in the Trimspa diet pill that listed on the labels of each bottle are cocoa extract, hoodia gordonii, green tea extract, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, glucosamine, HCL, glucomannan, chromium, citrus naringin, and vanadium. The company is keeping a few ingredients a secret but claims that all ingredients are all natural. The amounts of each ingredient listed on the label is not known. The company claims it is for the safety of their formula. They do not want anyone to steal their formula. The Trimspa company was fined $12.5 million by the Federal Trade Commission for false advertising and making statements that they could not back up with scientific proof. They agreed to pay the fine so the FTC would stop their investigation which had already been going on for two years. The Trimspa company has lost sales in the past three years and their future is uncertain. Anna Nicole Smith was their spokeswoman and appeared in their commercials and banner ad campaigns until her death on February 8, 2007. She had been with the company since 2003.
